Competitive Gymnastics team
Team at Gymnastics Unlimited
Practice team: Training plans start at 1 day / week, 1.5 hours / day at $120 / month. Members of our practice team will train side by with our travel team and attend 1-2 small Intrasquad competitions with performance in mind, not winning. This will also help them gain experience and see what gymnastics competitions are like. All 5 year old and older students are welcome to register for the practice team, but it is a bit more intense than our beginner classes.
Louisiana Travel Team: We offer training for Girls and Boys Level 2 - 10. Training plans go from 2.5 hours / day / 1 day / week up to 3 hours / day - 4 days / week. Competitions are throughout Louisiana.
National Travel Team: We offer training for Girls and Boys Level 3 - 10. Training plans go from 2.5 hours / day / 2 days / week up to 3.5 hours / day - 5 days / week. Most competitions will be in Louisiana, but some will be out of State including regional and National championships for gymnasts who qualify.
High School Team: We offer training for High School boys and girls who would like to represent their High School in Gymnastics events. Students do not have to be in High School to join this training group. It is also a great class for older (12 - 16 year old) gymnasts to train with out the stress of Olympic style competitions. They can compete for fun representing GymU or their High School… or just learn the skills and routines for their own enjoyment and feeling of accomplishment.

Girls Bronze(2): Tues 4:30-6; 6-7:30; Thurs 4:30 - 6; 6-7:30; or Sat 10-11:30am ($120 / month)
Boys Bronze(2): Tuesday 5:30 - 7 PM ($120 / month)
Boys Ninja Warrior: Thursday6 - 7:30 PM ($120 / month)
Local Team (Louisiana competitions only)
Girls Silver (3) and Gold (4): Monday and Wednesday 4:30 - 7 ($220 / month)
Boys Level 3 - 8 and High School: Monday & Wednesday 4:30 - 7 ($220 / month)
Girls High School and Platinum (6): Tues & Thurs 4:30 - 7:00 PM ($220 / month)
Girls Level 7-9: Mon - Thurs 4:30 - 7:30 ($320 / month)
National Team (Louisiana and out of State competitions)
*In order to travel and compete in meets outside of Louisiana as well as local meets, Gymnasts must add weekly private lessons or group Friday / Saturday class: Tentative Friday class will be twice a month from 5:30 - 7:30 PM ($60 additional / month)
Team Summer camps
Mon-Thurs1-4:30 pm; price $150.00 / week.
Summer camps are not mandatory and gymnasts are still required to attend afternoon classes.
Available weeks: June 3-6, June 17-20, July 8-11, July 22-25
Team Summer mini-camps are available for all team members for extra development and / or as a supplement for summer vacations.
Team members attending 2 or more camps may take up to 1 month of afternoon classes off. (June or July)
Private Lessons:
Private Lessons: Price: $70 / 45 minutes; $90 / hour.
Annual Registration (due around September)
Travel Team: Gym U and NGA registration combined: $200
